By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you; the vendor or attendee, is agreeing to accept all of the rules and guidelines listed on this page

Personal Conduct

Please be kind and respectful towards others whether it be attendees, vendors and other visitors. No violent, abusive or harmful behaviour (verbal or physical) will be tolerated. Any disruptive behavior will result in removal from the market with no refund issued

Photography and Filming Consent

You consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Throughout the event, photos and videos will be taken by our team and may be used for our website, social media and other promotional materials. We’ll do our best to accomodate if you prefer to not be included in any of the photography or videography however you must advise our team prior to entry of the event.

You or your products may appear in some of these photos and if you’d like you can request for a copy to be used for your personal or business uses. Always happy to help support other artists and local business (。・∀・)ノ゙

Prohibited Items and Substances

No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed at the event. You may not be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs while attending the event. Carrying or under the influence of prohibited substances will result in removal from the market with no refund issued

Personal Belongings

Keep your personal and important belongings with you at all times. We will do our best to prevent theft but will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items

Ticket Admissions

Entry tickets are valid only for the date specified where re-entry is not allowed without a valid receipt, lanyard or stamp.
Refunds and exchanges can be issued prior to the event. No refunds or exchanges for entry tickets will be issued during or after the event , except in the event of market cancellation.

Children’s Safety

Children under 12 may enter the event free of charge but must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult
